Fisk & Co. — Location 4
This is a continuation of The Great Chicago Oyster Happy Hour Adventure series.
The final stop of a 3 stop day on our list is Fisk & Co. located at 225 N Wabash Ave, Chicago, IL 60601. This happy hour is 4–6pm Monday through Thursday. One interesting aspect is it is very hard to find this locations happy hour specials. I found it from a blog post by Eater Chicago, but the only other hints are some old press articles on the web that mention it that are very difficult to locate. I was able to call and confirm the 4–6pm M-Th timing, but it seems like they bumped their price from $1 to $2 per oyster recently.
Fisk & Co. looks like it’s known for its seafood though, so I am very excited for this last stop of the day on our adventure!
Ambience
This location shares a building with Hotel Monaco, which is a very stylish boutique lifestyle hotel. It is very spacious with a hotel diner vibe. I saw many tables ordering some of the signature items such as mussels, burgers, and shrimp, which all looked incredible. However, since the goal of our journey is oysters, we did not indulge.
